Terletak di Zao Onsen, 2-minit berjalan kaki dari Zao Hotsprings Ski Resort, Takasagoya Ryokan menawarkan penginapan dengan WiFi percuma dan tempat parking peribadi percuma. The room size, staff service and food was spectacular. It was as competitive as the service I experienced in Kamikochi.

Boasting natural hot spring baths, Hohoemino Kuyufu Tsuruya is located a 15-minute walk from JR Tendo Station, 50 km from Sendai. Dinner and breakfast exceeded expectations. Everyone was so helpful and polite. The room and private onsen was amazing. It was a great way to relax.

Featuring free property-wide WiFi, a spa centre and a seasonal outdoor pool, Matsushima Ichinobo offers accommodation in Matsushima. The room (I had the basic level option) was gigantic for Japan, with a huge picture window and a view to die for. To say I was blown away upon arrival would be an understatement. The hotel is spacious and uncrowded. I suspect it caters almost exclusively to the Japanese market so some instructions were on rather informal notes, or simply only in Japanese. The rate is breakfast and dinner included but also includes unlimited alcohol from 7pm and coffee/tea/refreshments all day with an icecream bar in the late morning and afternoon. The silence and sleep quality was superb as was the bathroom with shower.

Tagoto features a hot public bath, Japanese-style and Western rooms and Japanese cuisine, a 5-minute drive from Aizu Wakamatsu Station. A wonderful ryokan in Aizuwakamatsu, with the most helpful and diligent staff! I never went a day without being completely full, my breakfast and dinner were absolutely wonderful! The bath area was calming and spotless clean! Cannot recommend this place enough!

Surrounded by sacred mountains and untouched nature, Tamonkan is housed in a historic Japanese-style building. Complimentary tea and snacks are served to welcome guests. We loved the beautiful Ryokan, the marvelous Food for breakfast and dinner and the friendly hosts. Thanks for a wonderful stay. It was my second time at Dewa San San and I can highly recommend Tamonkan.

Miyamaso Takamiya terletak dalam masa 10 minit berjalan kaki dari lif udara Zao Sky Cable. Ia mempunyai 9 mandian air panas semulajadi untuk tetamu nikmati. Very nice, traditional experience! We were very surprised with the diversity of the breakfast. If you want to experience a proper Japanese breakfast, here is one place where you can do that very well. The onsen was very pleasant too, but you might need to get accustomed to the temperature. All in all we had a very pleasant stay here and we can definitely recommend! Thanks a lot :)

Located a 7-minute walk from Gosho Lake, Shikitei Morioka TsunagiOnsen offers free WiFi and indoor/outdoor hot spring baths. JR Morioka Train Station is a 25-minute drive from the property. The food there was amazing! Multi course dinner was superb! Breakfast was delicious! The staff was exceptional. Highly recommended!

Located right in front of Matsushima Bay, Komatsukan Kofu-tei offers accommodations with free wired internet access. The staff were very nice and friendly. Also, the view from the room was gorgeous, since it's very near in Fukuura bridge, it can be seen from window. And the breakfast was delightful. A great experience and taste of a formal Japanese breakfast.

Katakurinohana has lake views, free WiFi and free private parking, situated in Senboku, 15 km from Nyuto Hot Spring. It is set 49 km from Morioka Station and features free shuttle service.

Terletak di Kitakami, 42km dari Kuil Chusonji, Yasuragino Yado -Iyashino Yu- menyediakan penginapan dengan WiFi percuma dan tempat parking peribadi percuma. I didn't take the breakfast, so I can't comment on it. Location was good for me since I wanted to walk everyday.
